Constitutional Amendment Recount

After a recount of a Aug. 5 ballot issue, a Missouri Constitutional Amendment vote passes.

Missouri Constitutional Amendment 1 or the Missouri Right-to-Farm bill survived a vote recount and passage of the bill is upheld.

Missouri Farm Bureau President Blake Hurst says he believes Amendment will protect local farmers across the state.

 In the Aug. 5 election, the amendment passed with the narrow margin of 50. 13% of the vote.
