Maryville City Council Approves Casey's Project

The Maryville City Council approved plans for a new Casey's General Store Truck Stop and Convenience Store to be built on the east edge of Maryville at the intersection of Highway 136 and Highway 71.

City Manager Greg McDanel says city officials are working with the developer of the project to facilitate further development of the land north of the planned project.

McDanel says City and Nodaway County Economic Development officials are working together on plans to add more businesses to the project.
