Northwest Missouri State University will host its second annual disaster response training later this month.
The Missouri Hope 2014 Disaster Response Field Training Exercise is a hands on three-day field training exercise designed to teach students to hone their skills as emergency responders.
Coordinator for the Northwest Emergency and Disaster Management Program, Dr. Mark Corson says this is a great opportunity for students.
Missouri Hope is scheduled for Sept. 26 through the 28.
