Nodaway County Chase Update

A Lincoln, Nebraska man will serve four years in prison after tampering with a motor vehicle and resisting arrest.

Nodaway County Judge Roger Prokes found Neil Ulfers guilty.

On Aug. 18, Ulfers stole a truck in Lincoln leading police on a high speed through northwest Missouri.

The chase ended near the Kawasaki plant in the south lanes of Highway 71.
