Nodaway River Bridge Now Open Near Maitland

The Nodaway River bridge east of Maitland is now open.

According to the Missouri Department of Transportation, the bridge on Route A opened yesterday.

Missouri Department of Transportation Area Engineer Mike Rinehart says rising waters a few weeks ago caused the bridge to close.

Again, The Nodaway River Bridge is now open but has a 20 ton weight limit.
