An investigation continues into the stabbing of a 21-year-old Northwest Missouri State University student.
Just before four o'clock yesterday afternoon, police were called to report a disturbance at South Complex residence hall. As officers responded, the altercation moved to the Raymond Courter College Park Pavilion where a stabbing happened.
The altercation occurred between two 21-year-old men. One was arrested and the other was taken to St. Francis Hospital in Maryville for treatment. The victim has since been released from the hospital.
The investigation with University Police is still ongoing.
