Northwest Wine Fest Returns

An area wine festival will take place later this month.

The 5th annual Great Northwest Wine Fest will be held September 27th in Mound City.

The event will include wine tastings, grape stomping, and live music.

Organizer Joe Laukemper says wineries from Missouri will participate in the event.

The event will be held from 12 p.m. - 8 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 27 at Mound City North Griffith Park.
