St. Joseph Leading Small Cities in Export Growth

A recent report from the U.S. Department of Commerce shows Saint Joseph, Missouri as one of the leading small cities in terms of export growth.

St. Joseph was listed as the seventh fastest-growing economy in 2013, and ranked fourth in the nation in real gross domestic product growth.

Director of Communications and Marketing for the City of St. Joseph, Kristi Bailey, says the report means great things for the city.

Bailey adds, the ranking for St. Joseph means assurance of job stability and investment by companies for area residents.
