The Clarinda City Council met in regular session last Wednesday. One highlight of the agenda was a discussion on the NSK Backup Water Supply. City Adminstrator Gary McClarnon says the council is ready to bid out the project, which will benefit the manufacturing plant and the city as a whole.
The council also held a discussion on dilapidated properties within city limits. McClarnon says that project has been in the works for some time as well. During the meeting, the council was also introduced to the new Page County Veterans Affairs Executive Director Janet Olsen.
