Clearmont man in serious condition following car crash
A Clearmont, Mo., man is in serious condition after being involved in a car accident Sunday morning.
28-year-old Duane Hankins was life flighted to Nebraska Medical Center in Omaha after a vehicle driven by 23-year-old Ronald Cook was northbound on Fairway Road and lost control on gravel.
He traveled off the west side of the roadway and overturned. Hankins, who was a passenger in the vehicle, was partially ejected according to the report from the Missouri State Highway Patrol.
Cook sustained moderate injuries. Neither Cook or Hankins were wearing seatbelts.
