The Maryville Public Library is sponsoring the Nodaway County Children's Business Fair on Saturday, March 10. Youth Coordinator Elizabeth Argo says that this is a great opportunity to support local kids that are interested in entrepreneurship.
The fair will be held from 10 a.m. to 1:30 p.m., when the public will be able to purchase goods and observe the students' handiwork. Visitors are also welcome to stay for awards from 1:30 p.m. to 2 p.m. Goods will also be available through local businesses, who have given the students insight on their projects.
These businesses have donated space in their stores to host the purchase of goods or advertising of services created through the business fair.
