The Mound City Board of Education met in regular session last week.
During the meeting, the board approved a dual participation agreement for the district's athletes. Superintendent Ken Eaton says some kids are dual-sport athletes within the same competitive season, which makes the agreement necessary.
The board also discussed concrete bid proposals for new stadium seating at the football field. Eaton says that bid went to a Mound City contractor.
The board also voted to leave the salary schedule unchanged for the next school year.
