Property damaged in Livingston County; public asked for help

Livingston County law enforcement officers are asking the public for any information concerning property damage in a farm field in the county. According to a report from the Livingston County Sheriff's office, the damage occurred near County Road 351 in southeastern Livingston County sometime this past weekend. Livingston County Deputy Sheriff John Stafford says part of the vehicle responsible for the damage was found at the scene.

"Somebody had farmed or plowed the farmer's field with a pick-up truck.  We found a piece of the truck that identified it as a 1995 to 1997 Toyota Tacoma.  And it's a valance that goes underneath the right bumper."

Stafford urges anyone with information concerning the incident to contact his office.

"We would sure like to have somebody come forward with any information they have.  They can reach us at 1-660-646-0515 if they got any information.  It will remain completely confidential."
