Award winning naturalist to speak at Livingston County Library

Mark H.X. Glenshaw will be speaking at the Livingston County Library in Chillicothe next Thursday evening. Adult Services Coordinator Monica Holmer says Glenshaw is well versed and will cover lots of information about the owls.

"For a really long time, I think like 13 or 14 years, he's been observing and documenting the lives of some great-horned owls in Forest Park in St. Louis.  So he's coming here to the library on Thursday, December 13th at 5:30 p.m. and he's just going to talk about these owls he's been observing and give some basic facts about the species.  He has said he's going to have some pictures and videos of the owls with him.  So it should be a pretty interesting look at the lives of these owls he's been watching all of these years."
