Blake Hurst Re-elected Missouri Farm Bureau President

Atchison County farmer Blake Hurst has been re-elected president of the Missouri Farm Bureau Federation at its annual meeting. Hurst was elected to a fifth two-year term as president and will continue serving as the fourteenth president of the organization. Before becoming president, Hurst was Missouri Farm Bureau Vice President for seven years and on the board of directors in northwest Missouri for eight years. Hurst also served on the American Farm Bureau Federation's Young Farmers and Ranchers Committee and currently is on the American Farm Bureau Federation's Board of Directors.  Hurst grows corn and soybeans and also runs a wholesale greenhouse business with his wife where the family raises flowers on two acres of greenhouses.
