The Missouri State Highway Patrol encourages drivers to practice safe driving this upcoming holiday season. Public Information Officer for Troop H Sergeant Jake Angle says there are a number of ways to improve traffic safety over the holidays.
Angle also says state patrol officers can assist drivers if an accident occurs.
The 2018 Christmas holiday counting period begins at 6 p-m on Friday, December 21 and ends at 11:59 p-m on Tuesday, December 25.
