Three arrests in the Canadian Pacific Railway Bridge Fire

The Missouri State Fire Marshal's office has arrested three Chilicothe residents for the Canadian Pacific Railway Bridge fire that occurred on October 29th. Destanie Batson, Kyle Mace, and James Eugene were charged and arrested on December 6th for Knowingly Burning and Property Damage in the 1st degree.
All three are currently being held at the Daviess/Dekal Regional jail. The case was resolved in cooperation of the Missouri State Fire Marshal's Office, Livingston County Sheriff's Office, Canadian Pacific Railway Police Department, Federal Bureau of Investigations, Chilicothe Police Department, and the Saint Joseph Police Department's Forensics Division.
