99th Annual St. Joseph Chamber Banquet to be held Saturday

The St. Joseph Chamber of Commerce will host its 99th Annual Banquet Saturday evening at Civic Arena. The Annual Banquet is the Chamber's largest event and serves as a membership meeting with dinner, drinks and entertainment. Director of Communications and Marketing for the St. Joseph Chamber of Commerce,  Kristi Bailey, says it is a great way to meet with the chamber members.

"We have about 1300 chamber members and every year about 800 attend with their guests.  So it's a way for us to update members on membership, economic development, and things that we've worked on in the previous year. And also talk about goals for the coming year."

Bailey adds the entertainment is from America's Got Talent juggling sensation, Viktor Kee.

"This year the theme is Blast Off.  It's like a future-thinking theme. There's space and future for decorations.  And Victor, look him up on YouTube, he definitely looks like someone out of this world.  It's really going to be an entertaining night."
