Clarinda City Council to meet tonight

The Clarinda City Council meets tonight. Agenda items include a budget workshop and approval of a pay request to Grant Contracting LLC for the Clarinda Facade Improvement Project. Tonight's Clarinda City Council meeting gets underway at five o'clock at the Lied Public Library.
