The 2019 Missouri General Assembly Legislative Session begins today. Republican 12th District State Senator Dan Hegeman of Cosby says he anticipates Higher Education Workforce Development to be a major issue during the upcoming session.
Hegeman will serve as the chairman of the State Senate Appropriations Committee during this year's session.
