The Maryville City Council met in regular session last week. One item on the agenda covered was an agreement with Public Water Supply District number one of Nodaway County regarding infrastructure and territorial rights in certain areas. Maryville City Manager Greg McDanel says the Public Water Supply District is governed by several agreements that outline territorial rights and restrictions while providing water service to customers.
