SSM donates to Habitat for Humanity

SSM Health St. Francis Hospital in Maryville donated 5,000 dollars to Habitat for Humanity of Nodaway County on January 18th. Habitat for Humanity of Nodaway County recently celebrated the completion of its 10th home last November in Maryville. Partner families invest hundreds of hours into building their homes and homes for others. The homes are sold at no profit with no interest charged. Individual donors, corporate sponsors and churches provide funding and materials to build the houses. Volunteers provide the labor for the homes.
