New owners of Horizon Produce & Plant House are excited for spring

Horizon Produce and the Plant House in Maryville is under new ownership and is opening up for a new spring season. The Plant House has officially opened with new owner Kelsey Bowlin and new manager Tim Janousek. They are excited to get things moving this spring.

Janousek says there are some things for people to do to get their gardens ready for spring.

"Wait until your soil is the proper temperature before you really plant anything.  But as far as keeping your plants happy and healhty throughout the year, just make sure they have plenty of water and food."
