Two drug-related arrests occurred in Livingston County

The Livingston County Sheriff's Department made two drug related arrests this past weekend. Twenty-seven-year-old Kansas City, Missouri resident Jordan Haslett was arrested following a traffic stop for speeding on Saturday. With the help of the K-9 Unit, deputies seized a loaded Taurus .40 caliber handgun, 4 bags of suspected methamphetamine, 2 cigarettes dipped with suspected P-C-P and a credit card reader with bullet. The drugs have been submitted to the Missouri State Highway Patrol Crime Lab awaiting identification and weight. Haslett was charged with an alleged felony weapon offense in the Livingston County Associate Court. Bond was set at $15,000.

Saturday afternoon the Livingston County Sheriff's Office arrested twenty-five-year-old Chillicothe resident Kelsey Mae Reeter for alleged drug violations. Deputies seized several baggies of suspected methamphetamine, baggies with suspected methamphetamine residue, glass meth pipes, and additional suspected evidence. Reeter was transferred to the Daviess Dekalb County Regional Jail and charged with alleged felony possession of a controlled substance. Bond was set at $35,000
