OMAHA, Neb. - A Red Oak, Iowa man faces several charges, including first-degree murder, in Nebraska. Daniel Clemons Jr., 39, is accused of shooting two men, one fatally, back on Dec. 4 in Omaha's Little Italy neighborhood.
The victim, Jethro Dufour, 33, would later die at the Nebraska Medical Center. Clemons is charged with first-degree murder, first-degree assault, and three weapons charges. No motive for the shooting has been released yet in the case. Clemons is being held without bond.
