COLUMBUS, Neb. - As interest in renewable energy sources grow, the Nebraska Public Power District is reminding Nebraskans to be aware of steps to take before work can begin.
NPPD Spokesman Mark Becker told KXCV/KRNW that it's important to get permits for the safety of the entire grid.
