Creston city council discusses coronavirus protocol


CRESTON, Iowa - The Creston city council met for the last time this month and it was fairly procedural. City Administrator Mike Taylor tells KXCV/KRNW that bids and agreements were approved, but the talk of the meeting was about coronavirus protocol.
