JEFFERSON CITY, Mo. - The Missouri Department of Conservation is implementing a new system for landowner permits, for deer and turkey hunting.
Media specialist for the MDC Bill Graham told KXCV/KRNW that in the past, free and discounted permits have been offered to landowners. This year though, the acreage has changed.
