JEFFERSON CITY, Mo. - You might add fishing to your future plans. That's because the Missouri Department of Conservation is waiving fishing permit and tag requirements in the wake of the coronavirus.
MDC spokesperson Joe Jerek tells KXCV/KRNW that fishing is a good way to get out while practicing social distancing.
The permit waiving will run from today through April 15. All season dates and limits will still be enforced.
