CHILLICOTHE, Mo. - The Chillicothe City Council met this week to discuss several bids and contracts that provide services for the city.
City Administrator Darin Chappell told KXCV/KRNW that a bid for the South Mitchell street department project was approved for a permanent concrete street.
The council also approved funds for the Resource Center for meal delivery to seniors, bus transportation for the elderly, and animal control operations.
