JEFFERSON CITY, Mo. - Before people enjoy the spring weather, the Missouri Department of Conservation reminds those to follow health precautions.
Spokesperson for the MDC Joe Jerek told KXCV/KRNW that people should practice social distancing, avoid overcrowding, wash your hands and to follow other measures while outdoors.
The MDC is also providing outdoor activities to residents and non-residents, including fishing and hunting. They are offering free fishing through April 15, but seasons, methods, and limits still apply.
