BETHANY, Mo. - The Bethany Board of Alderman repealed a bill they passed only two years ago at their latest meeting.
City Administrator Jake Taylor told KXCV/KRNW that it required the city to have properties in its possession before tearing houses down, which put the city in a bind.
Taylor adds that the city will continue being flexible with residents who may be struggling to make utility payments amid the COVID-19 pandemic if those residents contact the city.KXCV-KRNW
