CRESTON, Iowa - One city is taking steps to get residents involved in two new housing initiatives.
Creston City Administrator Mike Taylor told KXCV/KRNW that one of the projects would allow residents who meet income guidelines to apply for help in making sustainability upgrades to their homes.
Taylor said the programs will help Creston residents who don't have the financial wherewithal to make upgrades on their own.KXCV-KRNW
