MOUND CITY, Mo. - So far, the Mound City R-2 School District is spending the summer trying to figure out how to handle the fall amid the pandemic.
Mound City Superintendent Ken Eaton told KXCV/KRNW that the district has ordered additional cleaning supplies and has looked into different kinds of water fountains as they navigate how to reopen in August.
Eaton adds the district will continue providing free lunches to students through July 31.
