SHENANDOAH, Iowa - COVID-19 continues to impact one Iowa school district.
Shenandoah Superintendent Kerri Nelson tells KXCV/KRNW that they were able to start softball and baseball this week, but they're working on independent transportation for student athletes.
Superintendent Nelson says they're also working on getting schools ready for fall classes. Nelson says they'll start training staff next month on safety measures to be implemented during the pandemic.
