29 more COVID-19 cases confirmed in Nodaway County


MARYVILLE, Mo. - The Nodaway County Health Department has confirmed 29 more cases of COVID-19 in the county. 14 of the individuals are isolated in a long-term care facility.

This now brings the total number of cases in the county up to 227. There are currently 53 active cases of the 227. 11 individuals have been hospitalized and six have since been released.

Health officials say they're currently working to notify those that have been deemed close contacts. Officials continue to strongly urge the public to social distance and practice good hygiene.
