Falls City police to hire third part-time officer


FALLS CITY, Neb. - After two Falls City police officers resigned to take jobs elsewhere, officials in Falls City are making changes.

City Administrator Gary Jorn told KXCV/KRNW that the department's assistant chief asked requested a pay increase for part-time officers and made a big ask of the city council.

The council approved the request and gave the department the go-ahead to hire a third part-time officer to help fill shifts as they seek full-time candidates
