CAMERON, Mo. - The Missouri State Highway Patrol is investigating a fatal incident in Caldwell County. The Patrol says it happened on 36 Highway, a mile and a half east of Cameron, at 2:20 p.m. Tuesday.
Authorities say dual tires came off a semi in the eastbound lanes, striking a 1986 Ford Mustang head-on in the westbound lanes.
The driver of the Mustang, 72-year-old Jerry Graham of Hamilton, was later pronounced dead at the hospital. Graham was wearing a seatbelt. No other details have been released.
