JEFFERSON CITY, Mo. - Missouri Banks are asking consumers to deposit spare change because of a coin circulation slowdown.
President and CEO of the Missouri Bankers Association Max Cook told KXCV/KRNW that there has been a change in the circulation of coins since the pandemic.
Cook says they want you to consider depositing your spare change at your local bank, and or using change when shopping.
