NEBRASKA CITY, Neb. - Liability concerns brought on by the pandemic has prompted Nebraska City to get its legal ducks in a row.
The city council is moving toward entering into facility use agreements with area high schools whose sports teams use Nebraska City ballparks.
Interim City Administrator Marty Stovall told KXCV/KRNW that area high schools have been using the city's facilities without an official agreement in place.
