BETHANY, Mo. - The city of Bethany will be celebrating this weekend. That's because the city and Harrison County will be having 175th year anniversary tomorrow.
City Administrator Jake Taylor told KXCV/KRNW that for the occasion, the city council approved repairs to the Allen Fountain in town.
Festivities begin tomorrow at 10 a.m., with a presentation of flags and keynote speakers.
About an hour later, a birthday parade will begin at the South Harrison High School and go all the way to the Bethany Square. Other activities and contests are planned throughout the day.
