MARYVILLE, Mo. - The Maryville City Council is hitting one of it's 2020 goals. At this week's meeting, the city council passed four ordinances related to downtown redevelopment.
City Manager Greg McDanel told KXCV/KRNW that the first ordinance created a downtown overlay district, which provides for additional regulations.
McDanel adds that are several upcoming projects that will take advantage of the downtown overlay district that was approved Monday night.
