MARYVILLE, Mo. - Northwest Missouri State University is eliminating a requirement for prospective students.

The university said in an email that students will no longer have to submit ACT or SAT test scores for admission during the Spring and Fall 2021 semesters.

The Executive Director of Students Recruiting Jeremy Waldeier said in the email that they're removing barriers and assisting students during these unprecedented times.

Although students wishing to be eligible for merit-based scholarships, must submit ACT or SAT scores to the admissions office.
