Bethany city council discusses reopening library


BETHANY, Mo. - After months of being shutdown and heavily altered operations, Bethany residents will finally get to return to the city's public library soon.

Bethany City Administrator Jake Taylor told KXCV/KRNW that the city council has requested the library have a Phase 3 reopening plan, that might include more days of operation, ready by Nov. 11.
