ST. JOSEPH, Mo. - A grant could help out with food insecurity in Buchanan County.
Manager of the Missouri Grown Program at the Missouri Department of Agriculture Christi Miller told KXCV/KRNW that they are offering the Food Insecure Urban Agriculture Matching Grant.
It helps with projects already looking to address food insecurity in urbanized areas.
For more information or to apply for the grant, you can visit agriculture.mo.gov/abd/financial. Applications are due by October 16.
