JEFFERSON CITY, Mo. - The Missouri Department of Conservation is encouraging residents to make some changes as birds begin to migrate south for the Winter.
The MDC is asking people to eliminate sky or vegetation reflections in windows. Officials say if a bird sees this reflection in a window, they believe they can pass through.
