MARYVILLE, Mo. - The Nodaway County Sheriff's Office says three people have been arrested and charged.
According to a Facebook post, 29-year-old Logan Evans of Guilford, 35-year-old Kyle Cline of Gentry, and 27-year-old Sarah Service of Guilford, were all arrested and charged with possession of a controlled substance.
The Sheriff's Office says one of the suspects was wanted on a warrant, which led them to a residence about three miles south of Conception, on October 1 around 6 a.m.
All three suspects were at the residence and information obtained at the scene indicated that heroin was being used. Deputies obtained a search warrant, which led to the discovery of paraphernalia and heroin.
