Nodaway County health officials confirm 15 more cases of COVID-19


MARYVILLE, Mo. - The Nodaway County Health Department confirmed 15 more cases of COVID-19 in the county.

The Health Department says this now brings the total number of cases in the county up to 1,165 confirmed cases, and 113 probable cases.

Health officials say there are currently 220 active cases and Northwest Missouri State University says 90 of those cases involve Northwest students or employees.

Health officials add there are six current hospitalizations. Officials continue to strongly urge the public to social distance and practice good hygiene.
