Nodaway County health officials confirm seven more cases of COVID-19


MARYVILLE, Mo. - The Nodaway County Health Department confirmed seven more cases of COVID-19 in the county.

The Health Department says this now brings the total number of confirmed cases up to 1,171, with 114 probable cases.

Health officials add that there are currently 212 active cases in the county and Northwest Missouri State University says 88 of those involve Northwest students or employees.

Officials add that there are six current hospitalizations. Officials continue to strongly urge the public to social distance and practice good hygiene.
