ST. JOSEPH, Mo. - Growers are being reminded about how to apply c to their crops.
Field Specialist in Agronomy at the University of Missouri extension's office Wayne Flanary told KXCV/KRNW that dry soils can result in the loss of ammonia which is something growers should keep an eye out for.
Flanary also says that soil temperature should be considered before ammonia application, especially as colder weather approaches.
